Saint Padre Pio

Padre Pio is a modern saint, living in the last century.  He prayed continuously and people would flock to him in confession as he had a gift to be able to tell people their sins and know what was on their hearts.  He prophesied about many future events, and also had the Stigmata: The physical wounds of Jesus' crucifixion that caused him great pain. 

Our favorite quote from him is:  "Pray, Hope, and Don't Worry" and is an awesome saintly motto to live by! St. Pio always relied on the power of prayer, hoped with out ceasing, and placed his confidence in Jesus!
